• Learn over the course of 14 modules (approximately 1 hour per module)
• Complete the accompanying quizzes
• Complete and submit one case study
• Optional: Take the final exam at the end.

When you register for the course, you will receive a registration confirmation email that includes how to access the course. You will need to click the link in the email to enroll in the course via Canvas Free for Teacher. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 12 hours, please reach out to the course coordinator, Meagan Rivers.

Each module begins with goals and objectives for you to review. These are followed by the first of two or three case studies. Please read that initial case study to put the learning into context. At the end, you will find one or two other case studies you are encouraged to test yourself against. There will be an example case study at the beginning of the course to give you an idea of how to complete your chosen case study.

In order to finish and pass the course, you will use ONE of the existing case studies and write your response. Do not create your own case study. Do not create your own questions — we’ve done all that for you!

Please email your completed case study in Word Document format to Todd Miner at  todd.miner@cuanschutz.edu. Please make sure to include your name and e-mail at the top and a copy of the original case included. Please note that we usually take 1-2 weeks to respond to case studies. Keep that in mind and plan accordingly so you can meet any deadlines you have on your end.

Note that Case Studies are reviewed on the basis on which they are received. This can take 2-4 weeks following submission. You only need to submit one case study to finish the course.

Due to the online nature of this class, you have up to 24 hours after first accessing the class for a refund. Please make sure to use that time to assess if it will meet your objectives. We cannot offer refunds after that point.
